With each chef bringing their culinary background and skills to the table, Fabio de Paolis' knowledge of ingredients, combined with James Sharp's expertise in fine dining and street food, will result in a diverse and tantalizing menu. Celebrating bold and flavourful ingredients Hithe + Seek's Head Chef, Fabio De Paolis, and James Sharp have combined their expertise, to create a limited-time menu that includes punchy, flavour-filled dishes.

The São Paulo born, London based Limão takes influence from all over the world - playing global beats from samba to house, with a bit of everything in between.
Having played alongside the likes of Gilles Peterson, Carl Cox and Marky, DJ Limão has graced the stages of iconic London venues including Ministry of Sound, Egg and The End. His unique style provides the perfect soundtrack to an evening by the river, with Limão promising "all sorts of funky, upbeat, happy music with no restrictions".
